Working with the Board Room Chess this summer has helped me to be more confident. I find that I open up more now and I am less shy than before I started.

This experience gave me a chance see what a real match would be like outside of being online or playing in person against my friends in chess club. During my time here, I got to improve my chess game and learn from my mistakes. I felt challenged in many points of my games and this helped me I can't win every game. This would be my first participating in a national championship and I would definitely do it again.

I like being at the Board Room Chess because it helps me get better at chess and I get to me more people who like to play the game.
